This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application "Vanced Tube, Music Player, Video Music Player" ("Application"), website https://www.imoblabs.com ("Website"), or any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Platform”). For a better experience while using the Platform we collect information about the devices where you install or access the Platform, depending on the permissions you have granted which may include, but are not limited to, operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery and signal strength, device identifiers, advertisement identifiers, connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language and time zone. If you do not grant access you will not have the ability to use some of the features on the Platform.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Cookies, Web Beacons, and Tracking Pixels

We use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Platform to help customize the Platform and improve your experience. Our Platform uses third-party tools from YouTube, which is operated by Google, Jamendo, Hearthis.at, Spreaker.com, and Dropbox to provide you seamless access to the services offered on the Platform. When you visit various services on the Platform, one or more of these third parties may be informed about which portions of our Platform you have visited. These partners are used to help make Platform more appealing. Use of these services constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO under GDPR laws.

The Platform contains links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Platform, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website, and should take those steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect the privacy of your information. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
